Taiwo began her career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she advised Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and non-profit organisations on strategic issues. After leaving McKinsey, she transitioned to the human capital development space and pursued her combined interest in entrepreneurship and talent management. Before joining the Africa Advisory Group, Taiwo helped launch Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) Africa, an organisation focused on training and mentoring talented young African professionals to enable them to build successful careers in globally competitive companies. Prior to that, she served as Director of Program Development at Fullbridge, a venture-backed education technology company in the USA. Taiwo holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an engineering degree from Stanford University. She is a Certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner and a trained professional coach. A Nigerian citizen, Taiwo grew up in Kenya and has also lived in Ghana.
