Two clear strategies have emerged, focusing on different ends of the career life cycle, enabling companies to optimize their recruiting efforts at the entry and executive levels. Professionals who aspire to pursue executive level roles in Africa should actively consider whether the organizations they are working in demonstrate robust leadership development capabilities.
